ARCHITECTURE → STRATEGY → PRODUCT → LEADERSHIP

Product designer, builder, and strategist
driven by curiosity.

I turn complex problems into experiences people can understand and use. My work connects design, business strategy, and hands-on building—from architectural concepts to enterprise products and applied AI prototypes.

Start with people. Make the possibilities tangible.

I start by understanding the people, workflows, and decisions behind a challenge. Research and conversation help me see where an experience breaks down and what a better version could look like.

Then I make the ideas tangible through diagrams, prototypes, workshops, and working tools. Whether I’m shaping a product direction or guiding a team, I connect what people need with what the business is trying to achieve—and give everyone something concrete to evaluate and improve.

A career built on curiosity.

2021–Present

Ivanti

Director, Value Engineering

I lead a five-person Value Engineering team working across customer discovery, executive workshops, product adoption, and value realization. I partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Enablement to connect customer priorities with practical ways to use the technology. That work includes guided product education, reusable engagement frameworks, and Codex-assisted prototypes that turn business needs into tangible tools.

TEAM LEADERSHIP / CUSTOMER VALUE / APPLIED AI PROTOTYPING

2019–2021

McKinsey & Company

Associate Design Director, New Ventures

I led multidisciplinary Product, Design, and Engineering teams, connecting customer research with product concepts, strategic frameworks, and experience roadmaps. Through executive workshops and prototypes, I helped stakeholders explore future experiences, evaluate priorities, and establish a shared direction for development.

DESIGN LEADERSHIP / PRODUCT STRATEGY / CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION

2015–2019

Salesforce

Senior Product / Experience Strategist

I brought a systems perspective to digital experiences, using research, journey mapping, and collaborative workshops to understand customer needs and shape product direction. Prototypes and concept demonstrations made those possibilities tangible, helping teams evaluate ideas and agree on practical next steps.

CUSTOMER RESEARCH / EXPERIENCE STRATEGY / PROTOTYPING

2008–2015

Goettsch Partners

Designer

My foundation was architecture. Working on international high-rise projects, I explored ideas through diagrams, drawings, and physical and digital models. It was an early lesson in making complex ideas tangible—connecting the details of a design with the larger experience and communicating a clear direction.

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN / SYSTEMS THINKING / VISUAL COMMUNICATION

Bringing strategy closer to working software.

Today, I’m extending that practice through applied AI. I use Codex to build prototypes, explore workflows, and turn ideas into software I can examine and refine.

My personal projects include Command Center, a dashboard connecting planning, context, reflection, and task handoffs, and ThresholdLabs, an adaptive cycling coach prototype that turns training and wellness inputs into readiness insights and workout guidance. Across these projects, I focus on clear recommendations, human review, and thoughtful boundaries around private information.
