Our engagement with MTD focused on exploring the overall journey from getting new customers aware of the brand, to help them become advocates after purchase. We identified areas throughout the journey where technology can improve the overall experience. One of our solutions focused on providing the user with data that allowed them to manage all of the products purchased, have visibility to their locations, service intervals, parts needed, error detection, and live support with certified agents.

We designed a responsive Fleet Management Portal focusing on multiple scenarios based on two groups of users. Our concepts concentrated on quick access to fleet data, and the ability to minimize downtime of equipment using preventive maintenance.
