Proposed Solution
Our strategy eliminated the need of dated systems and provided a 360 view of the customer and improved the in-store experience by providing sales associates with tablet capabilities that have access to the full customer profile.

Storyboarding
Storyboarding
A valuable step in our soluting process is storyboarding. It allows to understand the user context, drives empathy, and forces us to think about the overall user flow over a timeframe. Also, it serves as a presentation asset to the executive team reviewing the solution.
Design Associate Clienteling
During our discovery, we started to understand that the design associates leverage a tablet as they walk the design center which allowed them to access the Room&Board website for product insights. To help enhance the overall experience we designed a clienteling tablet app that allowed the user to access, customer information, orders, product details, wish list, support, floor play layout tools, and analytics.
Clienteling Desktop Experience
Since the design associates leveraged their desktop to complete the orders, start the overall design process, and generate a mood board, we designed a desktop experience keeping similar UI components for consistency purposes.
