As a new member of YPO the overall qualification process to be part of a local chapter took months. Based on this information and research conducted with current members, we designed a digital experience that helped with the interview process, created a collaboration channel, and helped new members along their journey to join a local chapter.
Chapter Chair Engagement
A chapter chair/president is focused on increasing engagement through events, retention of members, interviewing and attracting new members. We designed a mobile, tablet, and desktop experience which concentrated on member journey management, risk analysis, mentorship, event management, and collaboration.
